Abstract
MAGENTA merupakan karya yang mengangkat pengalaman empiris seseorang atau pengalaman pribadi dari seseorang yang penata tari kenal. Penata mencoba merepresentasikan pengalaman hidup Tari (nama disamarkan) saat merasakan kesedihan, ketakutan, ketidaknyamanan, rasa ingin marah, dan ingin protes terhadap perilaku bapaknya (laki–laki yang karena bapak juga seorang Tari terlahir dan ada di dunia ini), karya ini juga merepresentasikan rasa keceriaan, dan rasa bangkit dari keterpurukkan karena tidak semua orang mampu memberi tahu apa yang dirasakan, atau mampu menyampaikan secara lisan apa yang diinginkan. Bentuk karya MAGENTA ini menggunakan tari kontemporer yang diaplikasikan melalui gerak sehari–hari. Bertemakan Daddy Issues atau pengalaman yang tidak mengenakan dengan seorah Ayah, karya ini menggunakan musik midi yang di komposisikan dengan beberapa instrumen seperti violin, cello, harpa, dan lain–lain. Bentuk dan cara ungkap yang disampaikan penata tari adalah dalam bentuk Introduksi, adegan I, 2, dan 3. Karya ini juga bertujuan mungkin ini bisa menjadi pelipur lara bagi sosok Tari. Karya MAGENTA ini ditarikan oleh dua orang penari, yaitu penari anakanak dan penata tari itu sendiri dengan menggunakan pengambilan teknik tari video atau teknik sinematografi. Karya ini berdurasi 9 menit 33 detik dengan menggunakan 3 kamera untuk mengambil video. Setting yang digunakan yaitu kain putih berjumlah 7 buah bertujuan untuk memberikan efek pada gambar video mapping, video mapping sebagai pendukung karya untuk memperkuat ungkapan suasana hati Tari. Kata Kunci : Magenta, Traumatik, Koreografi, Daddy Issues, Psikologis ABSTRACT MAGENTA is a work that raises one's empirical experience or the personal experience of someone who the dance stylist knows. The stylist tries to represent Tari's life experience (name changed) when she feels sadness, fear, discomfort, feeling angry, and wants to protest against her father's behavior (a man who because his father is also a Tari was born and exists in this world), this work also represents a sense of joy, and a sense of rising from adversity because not everyone is able to tell what they are feeling, or able to convey verbally what they want. MAGENTA's work form It uses contemporary dance that is applied through everyday movements.theme Daddy Issues or unpleasant experiences with a father, this work uses midi music composed of several instruments such as violin, cello, harp, and others. The form and method of expression conveyed by the dance stylist is in the form of an introduction, which tells the story of a child born into the world because of his father. There is a father's blood that flows in Tari, even though it is not considered but the bond will still be connected even if the bond is broken, it still exists. Scene I tells the joy of being a child that changed instantly when the tempest came. Scene 2 tells about where a Tari is at a point of frustration, and scene 3 is the ending when Tari surrenders to the Creator but still chooses to rise to get through everything. This MAGENTA work is danced by two dancers, namely the child dancers and the dance stylist himself using video dance techniques or cinematography techniques. This work is 9 minutes 33 seconds long using 3 cameras to take video. setting used is 7 pieces of white cloth, which aims to give effect to the video mapping, video mapping as a supporter of the work to strengthen the expression of the dance's mood.
