Abstract

Abstrak Rumah sakit adalah salah satu fasilitas umum yang ada tidak hanya di Indonesia saja, melainkan ada di seluruh dunia. Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu sarana yang memberikan layanan Kesehatan kepada masyarakat, dan memiliki peran yang cukup penting untuk menjaga masyarakat dalam hal sakit – penyakit. Rumah sakit Panti Rapih Gedung Carolus Borromeus ini terletak di kota Yogyakarta, dengan maraknya jumlah angka kelahiran di kota Yogyakarta, dengan mayoritas ibu hamil adalah generasi muda, maka kebutuhan rumah sakit khususnya area kebidanan akan sangat dibutuhkan. Untuk medukung program yang dijalankan, maka diterapkan konsep modern minimalist. Dalam membuat perancangan, metode desain yang dipakai adalah metode dari Rosmery Kilmer. Perancangan desain ini diterapkan dengan tujuan dapat membuat nuansa yang modern pada ruang kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Gedung Carolus Borromeus, serta menarik minat dari ibu – ibu muda di Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya. Abstract Hospitals are one of the public facilities that exist not only in Indonesia, but throughout the world. Hospitals are one of the facilities that provide health services to the community, and have an important role in protecting the community in the event of illness. The Panti Rapih Hospital, Carolus Borromeus Building, is located in the city of Yogyakarta, with the increasing number of births in the city of Yogyakarta, with the majority of pregnant women being the younger generation, the need for a hospital, especially in the obstetrics area, will be greatly needed. To support the program being run, a modern minimalist concept is applied. In making the design, the design method used was Rosmery Kilmer's method. This design was implemented with the aim of creating a modern feel in the midwifery room at Panti Rapih Hospital, Carolus Borromeus Building, as well as attracting the interest of young mothers in Yogyakarta and its surroundings.
