Abstract

Pertanggungjawaban Karya Seni dengan judul "Gaya Visual Skateboard Video pada Dok:umenter ''No Place Like Home"" ini bertujuan sebagai berikut a) memberikan altematif gaya visual baru format dok:umenter di Indonesia; b) mengenalkan komunitas skateboard ke khalayak yang lebih luas; c) mengenalkan konsep media skateboard video ke khalayak luas. Objek penciptaan karya seni ini adalah komunitas skateboard di Yogyakarta yang terwakilkan oleh komunitas Gedung Pusat Skateboarding . Karya seni ini berbentuk Film Dokumenter yang menceritakan kehidupan sebuah komunitas skateboard di Indonesia. Konsep Estetik penciptaan Karya Seni ini menggunakan Gaya Visual Skateboard Video yang diterapkan ke dalam bentuk Film Dok:umenter. Gaya Visual Skateboard Video diterapkan dalam karya ini disesuaikan dengan objeknya yaitu komunitas skateboard sehingga melaiui konsep Gaya Visual Skateboard Video tersebut bisa menangkap gambar pergerakan objek skateboard yang cepat dan dinamis.
