Abstract
Mimpi Romantis abad kesembilan belas tentang gambar-gambar yang dapat didengar, tentang warna vokal dan musik aromatik, telah ditolak dengan keras oleh sensibilitas modern sehingga kata "kemurnian" telah menjadi tanda pujian tertinggi dalam seni. Mengunjungi tempat-tempat seni berbaur dianggap salah arah karena tidak berdaya melukis triptych geometris bertajuk "Sonata".
