Abstract
“FixFest Yogyakarta 2025” merupakan sebuah event yang berfokus pada budaya sepeda fixie, dengan rangkaian kegiatan utama berupa kontes sepeda Fixie dan lomba criterium. Tugas akhir ini disusun sebagai bentuk dokumentasi dan analisis atas proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Penciptaan ini menggunakan pendekatan Etnografis dengan metode observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Fokus utama Penciptaan adalah pada manajemen event seni dan olahraga, serta peran partisipasi publik dalam membangun atmosfer dan keberlanjutan acara. Hasil penciptaan menunjukkan bahwa “FixFest Yogyakarta 2025” berhasil menciptakan ruang ekspresi kreatif dan kompetitif bagi penggemar sepeda fixie, sekaligus memperkuat jaringan komunitas lokal. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya perencanaan yang matang, pembagian peran yang jelas dalam tim kerja, serta fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi kendala di lapangan.
