Abstract

Perancangan ulang interior ini sebagai tahap mengembangkan fungsi dan pengoptimalan pelayanan hotel kepada para tamu dengan citra khas serta akomodasinya dengan tetap menerapkan visi hotel ke dalam desain interior lobby dan loungenya. Perancangan ini menerapkan gaya posmodern dan prinsip Sustainable Design dasar dengan tema Lokalitas Kota Yogyakarta. Metode desain perancangan ini yaitu analisis dan sintesis dengan mengidentifikasi dan menetapkan masalah, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data, yang dapat memberikan gambaran ide pemilihan alternatif desain dan mengimplementasikannya. Penerapan gaya, prinsip dan tema akan diterapkan pada elemen dinding, lantai, plafon dan furniturnya. Penerapan ide ini diharapkan mampu mewujudkan citra dan akomodasi terbaik dengan standar Internasional dalam karakter Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci : sustainable design, pos modern hotel, Marriott Yogyakarta Abstract Interior re-design is a step for improving the visitors services function and services optimization with showing iconic branding, iconic accommodation of Yogyakarta based of hotel vision. Design will apply posmodern style on basic sustainable design principle with theme “Locality of Yogyakarta City”. This plan used analyze and synthetic process design methods. Analyze and synthetic will identification and choose the problem, collect and analyze the data, and then all of this process can giving ideation for alternative design and best design implementation. The style, principle, and theme will be applied in the wall, floor, ceiling, and furniture. Hope this ideation can give a solutions best iconic interior design and better services for accommodation with international branding on Yogyakarta characteristics.
