Abstract
La Espiral Eterna karya Leo Brouwer adalah salah satu karya gitar klasikdengan prosedur komposisi aleatoric. Prosedur komposisi aleatoric melibatkan spontanitas dari pemain atau komponis. Interpretasi yang spontan menjadi kendalabagi pemain yang terbiasa memainkan notasi yang tertulis. Sebelum melakukan interpretasi, pemain harus mengetahui notasi-notasi baru dan teknik baru yang digunakan pada La Espiral Eterna sehingga dapat memainkan dan menginterpretasi dengan baik. Notasi-notasi baru dan teknik baru yang munculyaitu, as fast as possible, notasi baru dari accelerando dan ritardando, headlessstem, x-shaped note-head, arrow-shape note-head, glissando with fingernail,Bartok Pizzicato, Left Hand Muting, Tapping. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai interpretasi umum La Espiral Eterna, walaupun spontanitas menjadi keunikan dari karya tersebut, terdapat aturan-aturan yang membatasi kreatifitas interpretasi pemain.
