Abstract

Abstrak Berijalan Techno Center adalah salah satu pilar bisnis dari Astra Credit Companies yang fokus membantu pelanggan dalam mengembangkan produk dan layanan digital dengan memberdayakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) lokal Indonesia. Sebagai kantor yang melibatkan banyak pihak eksternal sudah semestinya konektivitas dan permeabilitas ruang kantor dioptimalkan guna memperlancar akomodasi divis IT. Hal ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam perencanaan interior kantor Berijalan Techno Center karena belum nampak adanya konektivitas antara karyawan dan organisasi divisi IT. Dengan adanya redesain interior kantor Berijalan Techno Center ini diharapkan desain interior mampu menciptakan integritas secara menyeluruh di dalam kantor, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Berijalan Techno Center dalam memberikan layanan digital. Kata Kunci: Techno Center, Integritas, Konektivitas, Interior, Kantor Abstract Berijalan Techno Center is one of the business pillars of Astra Credit Companies, focusing on assisting customers in developing digital products and services by empowering local Indonesian Human Resources (HR). As an office that involves many external parties, it is essential to optimize the connectivity and permeability of the office space to facilitate the accommodation of the IT division. This can serve as a basis for the interior planning of the Berijalan Techno Center office, as there seems to be a lack of connectivity between employees and the IT division. With the design of the interior of the Berijalan Techno Center office, it is hoped that the interior design can create overall integrity within the office, thus improving the performance of Berijalan Techno Center employees in providing digital services.
